When Daniel finally sets a deadline for resetting the U-87 Cylon, and unknowingly ending Zoe’s existence as she knows it, she makes a desperate attempt to save herself. But when her plan backfires, she finds herself out of time and out of options. Furious with a recent comeuppance, Barnabas ignites his feud with Clarice into an all-out war. Trapped in the middle is Lacy, who is forced to make a decision she may regret forever. Daniel makes a confession to an already reeling Amanda that sends her over the edge.

Still seeking Zoe’s Avatar program, Clarice redoubles her efforts to gain Amanda Graystone’s confidence in order to find it. Amanda, meanwhile, has been literally haunted by visions of her brother, who died in a car crash several years ago. Zoe develops her strategic romance with Philomon, the young scientist in her father’s employ, in hopes that he’ll be a part of her plan in transporting the robot body to Gemenon. Lacy’s attempts to enlist the help of Barnabas for this enterprise have fallen short, producing tension between her and Zoe. In his quest to find his daughter, Joseph Adama corners Heracles, the boy who introduced Tamara Adama to New Cap City, and convinces him to help save his daughter. Heracles warns Joseph, however, of the definitive peril of New Cap City: if you die in the game, you can never return. Rival industrialist Tomas Vergis drops in on Daniel at a Bucs game informs him that the gossip is that Graystone only has one working MCP. He further attempts to pressure Daniel by telling him that he knows that the MCP never worked. Daniel, however, sees this as an advantage – if the MCP didn’t work for Vergis, but does work for him, it will seem as proof that the MCP is a Graystone creation.





The inventor of the meta-cognitive processor, Tomas Vergis, realizes that Daniel Graystone stole from him, but because two of his assistants were murdered in the process, Tomas vows to avenge their death, and vows to tear apart everything Daniel cherishes. Daniel informs Joseph that Tomas has implied that he stole the processor, which begins to concern Joseph that the Guatrau will find out who the murderer is, which endangers his life and the Adama family. Joseph attempts to enter the holoband world to find his daughter who he believes still exists. Using the security system of the building where he lives, Joseph makes inquiries to find the young visitor who told him his daughter is in the holoband world. Sister Clarice visits Amanda at the Graystone home in an attempt to locate the Zoe avatar. The Zoe avatar inside the Cylon prototype decides to meet the lab assistant Phil Omon who she has learned to trust, and arranges a meeting in the holoband world.





The avatar of Tamara Adama wanders the holoband world , scared, lost, and unaware that she died nearly a month ago in the MAGLEV bombing. Falling in with a group of gamers, Tamara discovers a new side to the holoband world — New Cap City, a place where people live random lives of violence and crime in search of the game’s elusive meaning. Forced into aiding a digital crime spree, Tamara befriends a young gamer, until she discovers a devastating secret that threatens everything she knows.





Daniel attempts to defend himself and his company on a popular talk show, and also plans to distance himself from Zoe, which would alienate Amanda.





The Graystones face the wrath of angered Capricans after learning Zoe may have been involved in the train bombing. Meanwhile, Joseph wants to visit his daughter’s avatar in the virtual world, and both Joseph and his brother Sam pay Daniel a visit. Daniel also realizes he can’t deal with his grief in private. Zoe’s avatar and Lacy are able to meet with each other at Club V after the avatar discovers a room that Daniel created in the virtual world. Young William Adama is spending more time with his uncle Sam, and is discovering more about his uncle’s day to day events.





Zoe’s ties to the prototype Cylon she was downloaded into leaves Daniel frustrated as to why the meta-cognitive processor won’t function in any other bodies; Daniel instructs two lab assistants, Alex and Philomon, to transport the Cylon to his personal lab at his home. When they arrive at the Graystone residence, they find the Cylon reacting hysterically in the back of the transport vehicle, but one of the lab assistants, Philomon, is able to calm the Cylon with Zoe inside. Zoe decides to hide her existence because she doesn’t want Daniel to duplicate her for production of multiple Cylons. Meanwhile, as Sam Adama teaches his nephew William about the shadier facts of Colonial life, Amanda Graystone begins learning a whole life she never knew about her daughter. At a memorial, Ben Stark’s mother gives Amanda Zoe’s personal effects, including a brooch in the form of an infinity symbol, the sign of the monotheist terrorist group Soldiers of The One or STO, Amanda makes a startling assumption, and a controversial public statement at a memorial ceremony for victims of the bombing. Lacy accepts an invitation to lunch at the home of Sister Clarice Willow where she learns that Sister Clarice is part of a group marriage with multiple wives and husbands; later Sister Clarice is accused of trying to seduce Lacy with her younger husband. Zoe decides to tell Lacy that the avatar exists inside the Cylon when Lacy visits the Graystone home.





The Twelve Colonies are at peace, 58 years before the reimagined series, when an act of religious fanaticism brings together Joseph Adama, a lawyer with ties to the underworld, and wealthy technologist Daniel Graystone, both of whom lose family members. Grief-stricken by the loss of his daughter and fueled by obsession, Daniel sets out to bring her back, using his considerable wealth and sprawling technology corporation. Offered the chance of his own daughter being restored, Joseph wrestles with this notion until he comes face to face with its reality.



2-hour series finale. The remnants of the humans onboard Galactica attack the Cylon Colony (in a stable orbit around a black hole) and rescue Hera. Starbuck guides the ship’s final jump using coordinates derived from musical notes she had been obsessing over. The fate of the fleet and its relationship to Earth is revealed.
